1. Acceptance By registering and paying, you accept these Terms. You must be 18+ to register.

2. Registration & Payment

• Full payment is required upfront via EFT.
• Access to the first course materials is granted immediately upon payment confirmation.
• No refunds are offered under any circumstances.

3. Course Delivery & Participation

• Modules are delivered via email after payment.
• Each module may include reading materials, videos, and optional assignments/surveys.
• Feedback is provided within 7 days of submission.
• A short, non-accredited test may be required at the end (pass/fail).
• Upon completion of all modules and final test (if applicable), you receive a Certificate of Completion.

4. No Accreditation or Guarantee

• Courses are not accredited by any official body.
• The certificate confirms participation only and does not qualify you for professional licensing, employment, or credit.
• We make no guarantees of business success, income, or results.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course content (text, videos, PDFs, templates) is owned by DIY Business Academy.
• You may not copy, share, or resell any course content, information or business processes.

6. User Conduct

• Where applicable, keep your login details secure.
• Do not share course access with others.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts or courses for misuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided “as is” with no warranties.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from course use, technical issues, or third-party actions.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid.

8. Changes & Cancellations We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel courses at any time. You will retain access to purchased content.

9. Privacy Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law South African law applies. Disputes must first be addressed via email (diybus.academy@gmail.com). Unresolved disputes go to courts in Oudtshoorn, South Africa.
